This event is all about taking care of yourself, exploring new horizons, and connecting with like-minded individuals in a peaceful and welcoming environment.
Please note that this event requires attendees to BYOYM (bring your own yoga mat) for the sound bath. Journaling materials will be provided to all guests.
The Event Flow:
We’ll start the event with a sound bath meditation experience. Laying down in an airy loft in the Arts District of Los Angeles, we’ll listen to soothing sounds as we we enter a meditative and relaxed state. During this state we will have the opportunity to finally sloooow down and take a break from our busy schedules, releasing any stress or tension we may be holding onto.
While in a rejuvenated state after the sound bath, we'll have the opportunity to reflect on our intentions, and manifest our goals and desires by writing them down in a journal. Journals and writing utensils will be provided by our hosts.
Agenda:
10:30 AM - 11:00 AM: Check-in, mingle with the other guests, and prepare your personal space for the sound bath experience
11:00 AM - 11:50 AM: Relax and unwind during the sound bath
11:50 AM - 12:10 PM: Journaling portion of the event
What to bring:
A yoga mat, blankets for warmth, a pillow, as well as anything else you need to be comfortable while lying (or sitting) for about 50 minutes
Comfortable clothing
Personal crystals and eye masks are welcome
